Are you insured?
Cole World Lawn Care, LLC is fully insured. We maintain a general liability insurance policy. This protects you and your property.
Are you licensed? / How do I verify your LLC?
Our company has a business license with the state of Arkansas. Please visit the Secretary of State’s website for the certificate of good standing.
A “licensed” lawn care company can also mean that they can apply fertilizer and pesticides to your lawn. Currently, we do not foresee offering these services and therefore will not be pursuing a license for this.
What type of equipment do you use?
We use commercial-grade Honda mowers and Stihl equipment.
Why do you not use zero turn mowers? / Why do you only push mow?
Your lawn is important to us. Push mowing equipment weighs less than commercial sit-down mowers. Walk-behind mowers are also safer and don’t cause rutting in your turf.
We found that most of our customers love these benefits which is why our company does push mow only.
How do I get free lawn care services? / What is the referral program?
The referral program allows you to take off $5 from your regular mowing service all season long. If you give enough referrals you can even get free lawn care service for the duration of the year.

Is a contract required for service? / Do you keep a schedule?
No contracts are required!
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and 10-day mowing services. One-time mowing services are also offered, if needed.
While not required, we still recommend getting on a mowing schedule as scheduled clients are prioritized first. Being on a schedule also ensures that your grass always is cut at its perfect length and remains healthy throughout the mowing season.
How much will it cost to mow my yard?
The starting cost for our “Mow Package” is $40 per mow (This includes push mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing off debris).
However, pricing is dependent on lawn size and services need. Contact us to get a free estimate for your lawn needs.
Do you service commercial properties?
We generally stick with residential properties, however, we are expanding into some small commercial lots.
Feel free to call and we can discuss your commercial property to get it on the schedule.
Are services included like weed eating and edging?
Yes! We offer complete lawn services including weed eating, edging, and blowing off debris.
Can you bag my yard?
Yes – you can add bagging to your lawn mowing package to remove clippings. We haul off the bags for free.
Do you do fertilizer/chemical treatments?
Currently, we do not offer these services.

Can you do my lawn service today?
Possibly. We generally schedule out all lawn services. However, we do set aside certain times for small jobs. Contact us today for scheduling questions.
I live outside of Conway, can you still mow my lawn?
We only service inside Conway city limits.
How big of a yard can you service?
As our company model, we only push mow. Because of this, we normally keep small to medium-sized yards (around 1/2 an acre or less).
However, in few cases, we do mow larger yards depending on services needed.

What happens if it rains on my service day?
Cole World Lawn Care values quality and takes pride to ensure your lawn looks great. We also want to make sure our team members stay well, and our commercial equipment is in tip-top shape to get that perfect cut.
For these reasons we do NOT mow when it rains. And in some cases, we will not mow the day after if your yard tends to hold water. Ruts can happen more easily on an over-saturated lawn.
But have no fear – Your yard is still top of mind and will be put at the top of the schedule the next clear day to make up for any lost days.
You will then be put back on your regular mow day the following week.
Do I need to prepare before my lawn is serviced?
In preparation for mowing your yard, please ensure that:
- Sprinkler systems are not running day of or the day before your service time
- All dog toys, tools, large sticks, or other obstacles are free from your yard
- If paying by cash or check, please leave payment in the discussed secure location
Note: To protect our equipment, we no longer service high-risk lawns (lawns that have excessive obstacles and debris).
How do I pay you?
Customers can pay by cash, check, or card. Those paying by cash or check can leave the payment in a secure location (discussed only with your lead lawn technician).
Others who prefer paying by card can make payments through CashApp (Use cash tag: $coleworldlawncare ). Cash App is a mobile payment service developed by Square, Inc., allowing users to transfer money to one another using a mobile phone app.
Payments are usually taken on the day of service.
